By using this site, you agree to treat Mr. Henry Hatter, his family, contributors, and visitors with accuracy, dignity, and respect.
Accounts and authentication
Family and friend connection submissions require authentication. You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping access secure, and activity performed through your account.
Contributions
Only submit information and images you have the right and permission to share. Contributions must be truthful, respectful, relevant, and free of sensitive personal information, harassment, impersonation, unlawful content, and infringement.
Connection review and removal
Calling yourself a family member, friend, or community connection does not create a verified relationship. Every connection is subject to review. Administrators may request clarification and may edit, reject, unpublish, or remove a connection when it cannot be reasonably confirmed or when removal protects accuracy, privacy, safety, or the integrity of this living celebration.
Photos and permissions
A person submitting a photo confirms they have permission to provide it and allow its display. Administrators control publication and may remove a photo after a valid privacy, ownership, accuracy, or safety request.
Guestbook and moderation
Guestbook messages are reviewed before publication. Administrators may decline or remove content that is inaccurate, disrespectful, promotional, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with a living celebration.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private information, misuse another person’s identity, upload harmful files, evade moderation, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Availability and ownership
The site may change, pause, or remove features. Original contributions remain subject to their owners’ rights; contributors grant the site permission to display, format, archive, and moderate submitted material for the living celebration.
Disclaimers and limits
The archive is provided in good faith for informational and celebratory purposes. While reasonable efforts support accuracy and continuity, the site is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or completeness to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
